Jupyter notebooks to analyse real-time weather forecast data

Nowadays we face Big Data challenges in the various industries. Data scientist and analysts have to identify and effectively analyse data patterns and trends to enhance decision-making processes. While meteorological data, especially real-time weather forecasts data, arouse considerable interest there is an increasing need to provide different sectors with a comprehensive guide for exploring the ECMWF open data. This one-stop shop Open Data Explorer will offer the scientific and user community the support for accessing open data, downloading data from the FTP server, and data analysis using Python libraries. The JupyterBook will also include some case studies of severe weather events.
